USPS has declared a state of force majeure owing to the impacts of Hurricane Milton which has caused widespread flooding and catastrophic damage in the south-eastern state of Florida. The USPS declaration of force majeure is in full effect until further notice for all mail types and post code areas: 32003–34997 Recovery and clean-up for the communities in those postcode areas are expected to be lengthy and delays are likely to be experienced throughout.
